To support this work we are looking for a People Change Partner to join our OD&D and Change Team on a maternity cover basis.
This role may support a specific directorate or work across multiple areas of the council as part of our wider change and efficiency programmes.

As a People Change Partner youll play a central role in ensuring change is well-designed well-led and feels positive for the colleagues experiencing it. Youll work closely with leaders managers and teams to understand whats changing why it matters and how to support people through the transition.
