We are looking for aSales Associatefor a permanent position part-time(20h/week) in our Salomon Store in Soho London.
20h/week: availability all Saturdays all Sundays 1 week of the day to be determined.
Your role
To perform this job successfully you will:
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drives sales
- Accompany and advise customers in order to provide them with a high-level customer experience propose complementary products (additional sales)
- Be proficient in Sales Techniques andthe Digital Tools available in store in order to provideoutstanding customer service
- Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized
- Be confident at cash handling
- Master standard operating procedures health and safety guidelines visual merchandisingand community marketing principles
- Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture
This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
