As our Product Lead for Connectivity youll not just shape but own the strategy across local interfaces (PV inverters batteries heat pumps) our groundbreaking Ready for gridX partner program in Europe and Asia and cutting-edge cloud integrations with third-party platforms directly impacting how a continent manages its sustainable energy future.

Own the product lifecycle: You own the end-to-end lifecycle of our connectivity products from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to successful launch and continuous iteration. By deeply understanding market needs and the competitive landscape you will define and champion the product strategy and roadmap. You identify and understand our customers use cases and proactively derive the required measures. You ensure the products ongoing success and alignment with gridXs overarching business objectives.

Empowerment through Mentorship:You closely lead and develop a team of 2-3 product people through personalized coaching and mentorship leveraging your deep product expertise to help them excel in complex product lifecycles and achieve ambitious goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the product domain.

Lead by Example:You champion a results-oriented product culture by establishing a clear vision for our product connectivity topics holding the team accountable for delivering value and actively guiding them towards successful outcomes effectively collaborating across a 20-person cross-functional team (including Engineering Marketing Design Sales). For your core team you communicate transparent goals and metrics to drive product excellence and quantify its impact.

Drive Strategic Partnerships:Collaborate with our growth team to define and achieve the certification of (at least 10) new OEM partners within a 12-month timeframe contributing to the expansion and strengthening of our product ecosystem.

Deliver Core Product Integrations:You take ownership of delivering key product integrations further strengthening our products capabilities.

Budget Ownership & Optimization:You take full ownership of the budget for all connectivity initiatives driving efficient resource allocation ensuring financial accountability and alignment with overall business objectives.

• You bring8 years of hands-on expertisein the world of DER integration or SaaS/IoT energy management even better if youve navigated both

• You are aproduct proand know your way aroundproduct managementlike the back of your hand from crafting a compelling roadmap to nailing down requirements and keeping the priorities clear

• You are achampion at leading teamsin cross-functional settings developing people and are a natural at getting everyone on the same page

• You have experience running and growingOEM partnership programs ideally in both Europe and Asia

• You have experience working with OEMs and have a network within that space

• You are comfortableleading hybrid and cross-functional teams

• You are no stranger tobudget and P&L responsibilities

• You have successfully launchedcloud-to-cloud integrationsfrom initial concept to production

• YourEnglishis excellent and you are great at connecting with andmanaging different stakeholders. Germanis a plus
