Key Responsibilities:
Data Processing & Analysis
- Acquire preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured data to support business operations and decision-making.
- Monitor and validate data completeness accuracy and consistency using BI tools and SQL.
- Investigate anomalies and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with local and global teams.
- Support ongoing operations and reporting by organizing maintaining and updating raw data structures and client databases.
Data Extraction & Tool Usage
- Work with internal tools to configure data extraction models.
- Adapt extraction logic to meet evolving data formats and business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with internal systems technologies and process documentation.
Client & Stakeholder Support
- Respond to client and internal queries with accurate and timely feedback.
- Attend daily stand-ups to track progress report blockers and align with team priorities.
- Ensure deliverables are met on time and aligned with client expectations and internal KPIs.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify and participate in initiatives to automate repetitive tasks.
- Contribute to process documentation QA dashboards and internal tooling enhancements.
- Support strategic projects aimed at improving operational workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communicate and coordinate with product managers analysts and technical teams.
- Take ownership of sub-projects and drive task execution across global teams.
- Maintain clear operational documentation and SOPs.
What Were Looking For:
- 12 years of experience in data operations analytics or a related field.
- Solid SQL skills (joins subqueries CTEs etc.).
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Looker Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Python RegEx or scripting languages.
- Familiarity with HTML/XML or JSON data formats.
- Understanding of e-commerce or digital transaction data.
- Exposure to agile workflows or data product development.
