What Youll Do as a Clinical Nurse Manager

• Lead inspire and mentor caregivers to uphold BAYADAs highest care standards.

• Conduct client assessments throughout Fairfax VA and surrounding areas.

• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution.

• Supervise Home Health Aides in the field to ensure quality and compliance.

• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.

• Perform skills competencies for both new and tenured staff.

What You Bring

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• 2 years of RN experience required.

• Supervisory/leadership experience highly preferred.
