About The Opportunity
As Dance Studio Manager youll lead day-to-day operations staff and service delivery across two vibrant studio locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee smooth operations across both studio sites
- Support programs events marketing and budget tracking
- Deliver outstanding customer service and manage enrolments
- Handle staff onboarding scheduling and performance reviews
- Lead and support teachers and admin staff with a focus on excellence
About You
Youre a motivated and organised leader with a strong focus on service systems and people.
You Will Bring:
- 3 years experience working with children or in a youth-focused setting
- Excellent communication time management and problem-solving skills
- A genuine appreciation for the performing arts and alignment with studio values
- Strong business knowledge and confidence with systems planning and reporting
- Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
