Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) - Spanish Speaking

Location: Bayshore NY
Hours: 4/10 hour shifts - RDO Thursday

In This Role You Will:

  • Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform detailed physical examinations to establish accurate diagnoses.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and imaging.

  • Interpret diagnostic imaging including X-rays CT scans and MRIs (training provided if needed).

  • Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure expectations and ongoing care plans.

  • Become proficient in office-based procedures such as trigger point injections intrathecal pump refills Botox and joint injections.

  • Triage patients appropriately and assist with provider inbox management phone calls and clinical messaging.

  • Collaborate closely with physicians APPs nursing staff and ancillary teams to ensure continuity of care.

  • Stay current with advancements in interventional pain management through weekly educational sessions webinars conferences and CME activities.

  • Maintain flexibility to see patients across as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

  • Current NP or PA state licensure and registration in the practicing state.

  • Spanish speaking preferred

  • Prior NP/PA experience preferred.

  • Background in pain management orthopedics neurology or spine care strongly preferred.

  • Strong clinical judgment communication skills and a patient-focused approach to care.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to $160000 annually based on experience.
