Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) - Spanish Speaking
Location: Bayshore NY
Hours: 4/10 hour shifts - RDO Thursday

In This Role You Will:
Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform detailed physical examinations to establish accurate diagnoses.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and imaging.
Interpret diagnostic imaging including X-rays CT scans and MRIs (training provided if needed).
Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure expectations and ongoing care plans.
Become proficient in office-based procedures such as trigger point injections intrathecal pump refills Botox and joint injections.
Triage patients appropriately and assist with provider inbox management phone calls and clinical messaging.
Collaborate closely with physicians APPs nursing staff and ancillary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Stay current with advancements in interventional pain management through weekly educational sessions webinars conferences and CME activities.
Maintain flexibility to see patients across as needed.
Qualifications:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current NP or PA state licensure and registration in the practicing state.
Spanish speaking preferred
Prior NP/PA experience preferred.
Background in pain management orthopedics neurology or spine care strongly preferred.
Strong clinical judgment communication skills and a patient-focused approach to care.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Up to $160000 annually based on experience.
