Requirements
- Policy Development: Develop implement and monitor HR policies and initiatives aligned with Larians environment goals and ethos. Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees and applied consistently across the organisation.
- HR Systems: Develop and implement HR systems and procedures across the organisation.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records update HR databases and generate reports related to employee demographics turnover and other HR metrics to support business decision-making.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues grievances and conflict resolution. Help ensure a positive work environment and address any concerns or disputes that arise.
- Benefits and Compensation: Assist in conducting compensation and benefits analyses and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Employee Life Cycle: Manage the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems ensuring strategies and processes remain aligned with the companys talent management and workforce plans to enhance engagement and support business growth.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws employment regulations and company policies. Stay up to date with changes in labour legislation and make necessary updates to HR practices and policies.
- Training: Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programmes.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects including organisational restructuring process improvements and HR software implementations.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as an HR Generalist
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Up-to-date understanding of current pay rates benefits and industry trends
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening negotiation collaboration communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience working in fast-growing companies and creative industries
- Demonstrable ability to own execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects.
- This is a full-time on-site role requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration
