Job Summary

Fresh Meats NZ is looking for a sharp reliable and solutions-focused Administration Officer to join our Napier team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy operational environment enjoys variety and takes pride in accuracy and great communication.

Working closely with our production compliance and sales teams youll be a key player in keeping our documentation systems and workflows running smoothly. From welcoming visitors and managing daily admin tasks to supporting documentation and ensuring compliance youll help us deliver the high-quality service were known for.

What Youll Do

  • Manage reception duties enquiries visitors and contractors
  • Oversee mail couriers stationery and general administrative systems
  • Process packaging and consumable orders requisitions and inventory tasks
  • Prepare accurate export documentation including EDs consignment paperwork seal registers and NZ Meat Board reporting
  • Build strong relationships across the business and uphold Fresh Meats core values

What Youll Bring

  • Solid office administration experience
  • Confidence using corporate systems
  • Strong MS Office skills especially Outlook Word and Excel
  • Sharp attention to detail great communication and a proactive approach
  • A positive professional attitude with a commitment to teamwork
