Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and keep close contact with all customers and provide effective customer solutions;
- Promote KIC Products/ Spare parts;
- Build strong customer relationships with all key and potential players in the market (Angola and DRC);
- Liaise with KIC and technical teams to obtain all necessary information and support;
- Keep customers informed of the status of their orders and ensure deadlines are met;
- Supporting in Forecast and planning /help drive forecast;
- Ensure all orders are completed according to agreement with customer;
- Participate in special projects by helping to co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Take ownership of receivable collections for customers;
- Regular travel to customer locations (Angola and DRC) and perform product presentations and attend relevant project meetings;
- Grow the market for operating supply/spare parts by identifying and engaging with new customers;
- Attend workshop and training in and outside of Country;
- Participate in exhibitions when and wherever is necessary;
- Drive the operating supply / Spare parts.
Qualification Experience Behaviours & Skills:
- University degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Mechanical Process Engineering or Business Administration with a solid technical understanding;
- At least 3 years in a similar field/position;
- Customer relations and orientation;
- Sales effectiveness and understanding;
- Basic understanding of Bottling plants;
- General project management abilities;
- Good business administration and financial understanding;
- Strong interpersonal relations skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good English writing and speaking skills;
- Organization skills and problem solving;
- Team building and collaboration;
- Computer literate- use of MS Office.
