About the Role
We are seeking a fluent Italian speaker to join our content moderation team for a major global social media this role you will review evaluate and take appropriate action on user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian according to internal policies and guidelines
Respond to content-related inquiries and escalate sensitive cases when needed
Maintain accuracy and consistency in decision-making
Meet quality and productivity targets
Contribute to a safe and positive online environment for all users

Work Schedule

24/7 coverage Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)
Days off: 2 rotational days per week

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: 1000/month 14 months
Performance bonus (monthly based on KPIs)
Welcome bonus: 3000

Requirements

Native-level or fluent Italian (C2)
Good English skills (B1/B2)
Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments
Comfortable with potentially sensitive or graphic content
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
