We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations at Heritage Luxury Suites. The ideal candidate will ensure high cleaning standards smooth team coordination and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Job Description
- Oversee and guide housekeeping staff on a daily basis to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage housekeeping operations smoothly ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned as per Heritage Luxury Suites standards.
- Inspect guest rooms corridors stairways lounges and other common areas for cleanliness maintenance issues and service quality.
- Ensure timely room inspections and uphold brand cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping equipment report damages and manage inventory effectively.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Track and replenish stock of cleaning supplies such as floor cleaners bleach detergents and gloves.
- Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and sanitation protocols in all operational areas.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Matric; additional certification in housekeeping is a plus.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in hotels preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good leadership time management and problem-solving abilities.
