Company Overview
Our client are an elder home care center dedicated to delivering compassionate high-quality care to seniors. As they prepare for our next stage of growth we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead our operations and drive strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance service delivery operational efficiency and profitability.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities including new service lines branch openings and strategic partnerships.
- Lead motivate and develop cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Monitor and manage budgets financial reports and key operational KPIs to ensure financial health and accountability.
- Leverage infotech modern technology and AI to streamline processes improve the client experience and support sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients families partners and government agencies.
- Deliver impactful presentations proposals and reports for internal decision-making and external stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role preferably within the healthcare elder care hospitality or service-related industries.
- Experience working in a listed company is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in IT and digital systems with the ability to implement innovative solutions for operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated skills in presentation proposal development and report writing.
- Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of first principles thinking capable of long-term planning and agile decision-making.
- Adaptable hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage diverse teams and dynamic environments.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and decision-making skills.
- A passion for elder care and contributing to community well-being is highly desirable.
Job Types: Full-time Permanent
Pay: RM8000.00 - RM12000.00 per month
