Job Summary

Are you a fluent Croatian speaker looking to take your career abroad and work with one of the worlds most recognized travel platforms We are hiring Customer Success Managers (CSM) to join a large international team in Athens.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers solving problems and working in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support Croatian-speaking customers with booking-related inquiries
Assist with reservations cancellations and platform navigation
Provide clear professional and solution-oriented communication
Handle incoming calls emails and chat messages
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely support
Maintain detailed case documentation following internal guidelines
Identify improvement areas and contribute to overall customer experience enhancement

Requirements

Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken)
Good command of English for internal communication
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism
Ability to adapt to new tools systems and guidelines
Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
