Primary Responsibilities
- Ability to help practice leader with administrative duties including assisting with Cerity Partners initiatives reporting requirements and communication. Proactively identify and solve administrative challenges using available data and resources.
- Manage office organizational duties including ordering supplies preparing for client visits and coordinating client gifts and entertainment. Handle these responsibilities with urgency and efficiency while seamlessly transitioning between multiple priorities throughout the day.
- Assist advisory team with onboarding of new clients. Apply problem-solving to address onboarding challenges quickly ensuring consistent and timely outcomes.
- Drive proactive process improvements for advisors and team members. Leverage your expertise to identify efficiency gains enhance procedures and contribute to team effectiveness.
- Proactively interact with clients and assist in creating an outstanding client experience. Communicate directly concisely and courteously.
- Assist with the timely completion and submission of all client related transaction requests. Work with speed and accuracy demonstrating urgency while maintaining structured approaches that produce predictable results.
- Organize and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce). Become a subject matter expert in our systems ensuring data accuracy and creating efficiencies for the entire team.
- Be willing to answer inbound phone calls and relay messages/perform gatekeeper duties.
Required Qualifications:
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in all CSA functions plus:
- Ability to talk to clients and community members independently.
- Demonstrate strong and effective leadership skills through clear communication and collaboration with others. Show self-starter behaviors owning your outcomes while maintaining a team-first mentality.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and Salesforce are ideal.
- Strong attention to detail exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a proactive manner. Excel at deductive reasoning and analytics.
- Must accept and thrive in a fast-paced changing environment. Demonstrate comfort with multi-tasking direction changes and problem-solving to ensure all work gets done efficiently.
- Communication skills both internally and externally with clients/the community are imperative. Communicate with politeness and courtesy while being direct and concise.
- Tenacious about doing what is right for the client always. Follow established rules expectations and procedures to create consistent outcomes while proactively seeking ways to enhance them for the benefit of clients and team.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Compensation Range:
$60000 - $80000
