Responsibilities:

Represent clients before the Rhode Island Workers Compensation Court
Handle hearings depositions mediations and negotiations
Draft motions review medical and employment records and develop case strategies
Maintain clear timely communication with clients on case progress and recommendations
Manage your own caseload meet deadlines and collaborate with colleagues on complex matters
Balance courtroom appearances with remote workdays after completing the introductory period

Qualifications:

J.D. and active Rhode Island bar admission in good standing
One to five years of workers compensation experience
Confident courtroom presence and the ability to run hearings independently
Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize in a fast moving caseload
Commitment to delivering high quality client service
