Mid-Level Associate Attorney Civil Litigation (Hybrid)

Position Summary
An established litigation practice is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 47 years of civil litigation experience. This hybrid role offers meaningful responsibility hands-on case involvement mentorship from experienced attorneys and strong opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Core Responsibilities
Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution including drafting pleadings motions and discovery. Prepare for and attend depositions hearings and trials. Conduct legal research develop case strategies and communicate regularly with clients experts and legal teams. Handle matters in areas such as general liability construction litigation employment and labor law and workers compensation.

Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey Bar. Experience in state and federal courts strong motion practice deposition experience and excellent research writing and advocacy skills required.
