Role Overview
The Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of the spas daily operations including team leadership service quality scheduling product inventory guest satisfaction and revenue performance. This role requires a blend of operational expertise client service excellence and strategic thinking to ensure the spa operates smoothly and profitably while maintaining a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee daily spa operations ensuring a consistently high level of service and smooth workflow.
- Manage treatment schedules staff rotas to optimise productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold all health safety and hygiene standards in line with hotel policy and industry regulations.
Guest Experience
- Ensure an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a calm welcoming and luxurious spa environment.
Team Leadership
- Recruit train and supervise spa therapists and spa receptionists
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development.
- Create a collaborative motivated and guest-focused team culture.
Financial
- Manage spa budgets revenue goals and cost controls.
- Monitor sales performance treatment profitability and staff productivity.
