What Youll Do:
- Coach leaders within Nutriens operations on how to effectively engage others in safety.
- Facilitate (present) classroom workshops on Safety Leadership Coaching Program.
- Engage and challenge employees to strive for continuous safety performance improvement.
- Provide developmental feedback to front-line and next line leaders to assist with the creation of appropriate coaching & development plans.
- Provide leadership feedback and support for updating and improvements to the business unit safety strategy.
- Attend meetings as required present information and provide feedback.
- Provide support for site and business unit special projects as needed.
- Willingness to participate in training and self-development programs.
What Youll Bring:
- 10 years of experience in an industrial setting.
- Bachelors degree in a related field experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
- Leadership experience.
- Ability to effectively facilitate learning in classroom and one-on-one environments.
- Advanced coaching skills and the ability to support the development of others.
- Selfmotivated requiring little to no direct supervision.
- Effective time management skills.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of Canadian health and safety regulations.
