What Youll Do:

  • Coach leaders within Nutriens operations on how to effectively engage others in safety.
  • Facilitate (present) classroom workshops on Safety Leadership Coaching Program.
  • Engage and challenge employees to strive for continuous safety performance improvement.
  • Provide developmental feedback to front-line and next line leaders to assist with the creation of appropriate coaching & development plans.
  • Provide leadership feedback and support for updating and improvements to the business unit safety strategy.
  • Attend meetings as required present information and provide feedback.
  • Provide support for site and business unit special projects as needed.
  • Willingness to participate in training and self-development programs.

What Youll Bring:

  • 10 years of experience in an industrial setting.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Ability to effectively facilitate learning in classroom and one-on-one environments.
  • Advanced coaching skills and the ability to support the development of others.
  • Selfmotivated requiring little to no direct supervision.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of Canadian health and safety regulations.
