As a hands-on creative storyteller you will play a pivotal role in bringing our global business strategy to life through executive voices and experiences.

Reporting to the Director Leadership Communicationsyou willhelpshapehow leaders connectinspireand engageemployeesstakeholdersand willinfluencethevoiceof McCainat the highest levelshelping our senior leaders tell compelling storiesthat bring ourleadership principlesandcorporatestrategy to life.

What youll be doing.

• Provide counsel on communicationsanticipateissuesand recommend proactive strategies to enhance leadership visibility and credibility.

• Generate creative content andproducehigh-qualityeventsforleadersincluding speechesscriptspresentationseventsemailsinternal announcementsintranet storiessocialcontent podcasts and more.

• Ensure all materials reflect theleaders authentic voice whilemaintainingprofessional standards and strategic intent.

• Create creative and compelling content to develop communications strategies that support business and leaderobjectives working across functions and regions to ensure messaging is aligned and consistent.

• Translate complex business concepts into clear compelling narratives for employees shareholdersinvestorsand external audiences.

• Deliveran always-on content enginethe elevates McCains reputation andreinforces our winning culture throughpeople and leader storytelling highlightingkey business developments award wins and much more

• Identifyand mine stories from across the global organization toadvance our winning culture deepen engagement and contribute to McCains reputationasa great placeto work.

• Support thought leadership andleaderstorytelling and provide strategic counsel on tone cadence and delivery.

• Continuouslymonitorsentiment andpropose tactics to inspireengageand energizeMcCainers.

• Stayupto dateon industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to continually innovate communications.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business partners and subject matter experts to ensure the successful execution of communications deliverables.

• Manage workflow with executive offices actively collaborating with Strategy & Transformation teams HR BusinessPartnersand the broaderGlobalLeadershipCommunications team.

• Collaborate across the wider Global Internal Communications and Change Management team as well as with external and regional communications teams.

Execution Excellence

• Lead the end-to-end processwhich includes the developmentand distribution of internal and external communicationsand events.

• Providesound communications advice andflawless execution of communicationand eventsto target audiences.

• Ad hoc deliverables tosupport Global HR and Communications goals

What youll need to be successful.

• Exceptional communication skills and strongbusiness acumen.

• Experience supporting leaders withhighdegree of executive presence.

• Business or professional degreeMBAan asset.

• Bachelors degree in communications ora related field.

• PR Agency CPG or Retail experience preferred.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Diplomatic proactiveagileandadaptablewitha positive demeanor.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to remain calm under pressureand balance multiple priorities.

• Comfortableworking infast-paced anddeadline-drivenenvironment.

• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.

Compensation Package:$97500.00 -$130000.00 . CAD annually Bonus Eligibility

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
