Were looking for a motivated and talentedGraduate Engineerto join our Technical Services team in the GreaterPerthArea.

Graduates will participate in a development program which will involve on-the-job and formal training with the goal of being able to work independently to deliver exceptional technical engineering service and support to all internal and external customers.

If youre excited byIndustrial Control Systems (ICS)and like the idea of getting out on site to solve real-world problems youre exactly who wed love to hear from.

What Youll Do:

  • Apply your academic knowledge to real-world engineering challenges across utilities manufacturing and infrastructure.

  • Work alongside some of the industrys most experienced control systems engineers on cutting-edge DCS and SCADA projects.

  • Deliver exceptional technical support and service to internal and external customers.

  • Participate in a structured graduate development program that combines on-the-job learning mentoring and formal training.

  • Build your technical confidence and grow your career within a supportive collaborative team.

  • Gain hands-on exposure to field work commissioning troubleshooting and customer interaction.

What Were Looking For:

  • A degree inInstrumentation & Control Systems Electrical Mechatronics orChemical Engineering.

  • A genuine interest inIndustrial Control Systems or Industrial Automationfrom study projects or personal curiosity.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail especially when working across multiple tasks and scopes.

  • An understanding of workplace safety and a commitment to safe work practices.

  • Experience using engineering software or exposure to automation systems (highly regarded but not essential).

  • Prior work or placement experience (a bonus but absolutely not required).
