We believe in working Labor & Delivery youll join a team that collaborates closely with providers and supports each other every step of the way.
Your Role
As part of our leadership team youll partner with Assistant Nurse Managers for Mother/Baby and NICU Pediatrics reporting to the Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager. Together youll help shape an environment where families feel cared for and staff feel empowered.
Scope of work
Under the direction of the nurse manager or other nursing leader the assistant nurse manager has responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy goals policies and procedures of the hospital and the nursing department and their effect on patient care in the department.
