Job Summary
Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring an English Language Teacher to provide in-person lessons to one child in Mumbai.
Job Information
- Ref: 192901
- Student: 1 child (10 years old)
- Location: Mumbai India (in-person)
- Preferred start date: ASAP
- Lesson format: Face-to-face in-person
- Availability: Wednesday: 7:009:00 PM - Saturday: 10:00 AM12:00 PM
- Lesson Frequency: Twice per week
- Lesson Duration: 45 minutes
- Current English level: Above Intermediate
- Native/other languages: Dutch English Hindi
- Strengthen spelling accuracy
- Improve writing skills
- Reinforce grammar rules and understanding
- Boost overall language precision
- Build confidence for an international school environment
- Achieve full fluency in academic and everyday communication
Responsibilities
- Provide structured English lessons focused on spelling writing and accuracy
- Help the student refine grammar knowledge and apply rules confidently
- Support fluency development for an international school setting
- Design engaging age-appropriate academic activities
- Provide constructive feedback to improve written and spoken skills
- Adapt lessons to the students strengths needs and learning pace
- Build confidence through guided practice and meaningful communication
Qualifications
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Teaching certificate or degree in education linguistics or related field
- Experience teaching school-age children
- Ability to deliver structured accuracy-focused lessons
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate young learners
