Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join a global leader in digital engineering based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing largescale projects with multiple integrations overseeing application development and implementing cuttingedge DevOps practices. As a Technical Delivery Manager you will play a crucial role in establishing robust project plans ensuring seamless integration and engaging with stakeholders to deliver highvisibility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for highvisibility initiatives aligned with business goals and timelines.
Manage application development processes using waterfall agile and SAFe methodologies to deliver highquality software solutions.
Lead the adoption of DevOps CI/CD processes to enhance development efficiency and ensure seamless delivery.
Oversee multilayer application architecture and integrations to maintain robust system functionality.
Establish governance frameworks and track project progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
Engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver within the committed timeframes.

Requirements

1215 years of experience in technical project management handling largescale projects with multiple integrations.

Proven application development experience with a solid understanding of software development methodologies including waterfall agile and SAFe.
Handson experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of multilayer application architecture and system integration.
Excellent governance project management and tracking skills.
Exceptional communication skills capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels including Csuite executives.
