Job Summary
Title:
Condition Monitoring Technician(Vibration)Uses predictive and preventive maintenance software applications and data collection instruments to identify machines with possible problems. Uses advanced multichannel and phase vibration signal analysis for root cause failure and machine fault troubleshooting. Sets up and implements predictive maintenance data collection routes for vibration infrared lubrication and electric motor monitoring. Coordinates transfer of machine repair recommendations and action items to and from the sites computerized maintenance management system. Reviews quality of analysis performed by other technicians. Requires training in reliability centered maintenance advanced machine vibration analysis and tribology and 8 years of experience.
Bachelors degree and vibration CAT II certified.
