Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing recruitment processes ensuring compliance with labor laws fostering a positive workplace culture and utilizing strong communication abilities to foster positive employee relations.
Job PurposeThe purpose of the HR role is to support the organizations goals and the needs of its employees by effectively managing recruitment processes ensuring adherence to labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR professional will be expected to resolve conflicts implement organizational strategies and have a solid understanding of employee relations and benefits administration.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Manage recruitment processes to attract retain and develop the best talent.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee growth and satisfaction.
- Use strong communication abilities to effectively manage and resolve conflicts within the workplace.

- Understand and manage employee relations and benefits administration effectively.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional.
