Our client is an Industrial manufacturing company that was founded in 1984. The company operates within the Heavy Industrial Machinery & Electrical Parts Sector while providing high quality engineering equipment products and services.
They are currently looking for a General Manager Industrial Solutions to be based in Dammam Saudi Arabia.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

They are currently looking for a General Manager Industrial Solutions to be based in Dammam Saudi Arabia.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages human financial and commercial resources to ensure that branches are supported and the budget among other key financial and forward looking (prospective) metrics of the branches are actively flowing according to expectations.
- Working closely with the Branch Managers the General Manager regularly reviews the sales performance within the branch guides and motivates the teams and other support staff in meeting their objectives & targets.
- Managing inventory to mitigate dead stock increases and fastmoving stock availability among various suppliers.
- Regular assessment of branch locations and performance across all areas to ensure the achievement and maintenance of standards.
- Liaises with marketing regarding trade show potential.
- Provide guidance to Product specialist in respect to market information needed product sales evaluation and supplier presentation related to the associated manufacturers products.
- Ascertains the issues and deliberates with branch managers as to rectification measures where required.
- Ensures strict implementation of standards and conformance to ISO established procedures.
- Utilize job knowledge customer service feedback and knowledge of weak areas within the staff to identify training needs and development plans.
- Ensures that the facilities assets and operations inside the branches are maintained to a high standard inclusive of the buildings both interior and exterior.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of maintenance repair and overhaul preferably related to Hydraulics
- BA or MA in Business Finance or Marketing and/or Mechanical Engineer with Commercial/Sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC Market
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a General Manager/Sales Managerial role
