Job Summary

Company
Our client is a governmentowned company that operates in Engineering Management and oversees a number of Ministry of Education projects and programs.
They are currently looking for a Project Engineer PPP to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Duties & Responsibilities:

Developing preparing and publishing PPP policy framework and Guideline.
Represent PPP team and responsible for all aspects related to PPP projects.
Provide leadership in all relevant PPP team and departmental functions.
Lead external & internal coordination pertinent to PPP projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with utilities providers and other stakeholders.
Coordinate /Liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
Review the performance of PPP project throughout the project cycle.
Comprehensive responsibility for management and control of related functions in PPP projects including detailed scope definition and initiation work progress and completion and staff management.
Contribute to the development of the Management Information System.
Contribute to the development of PPP Methodologies.
Performance of other related duties as per management instructions.

Qualification & Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of technical experience preferably in PPP transactions.
Experience in KSA markets is highly recommended.
Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate. Finance or Facilities or equivalent
Arabic and English fluency.
Knowledge of a range of recognized project management tools and systems.
Mathematical and analytical skill.
Able to perform simple to complex mathematical computations and analytical calculations
Good Analytical Skills and Decision Making Social Perceptiveness. Able to capture the situation and resolve problems with speed and clarity.
Active Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decisionmaking.
Problem Sensitivity: The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
Inductive Reasoning: The ability to combine pieces of information to form
general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly
