Position Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Airport Engineer to join our team in Riyadh supporting the delivery of complex aviation infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring engineering excellence and stakeholder satisfaction while adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design and technical aspects of airport infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with international airport design standards and regulations including ICAO and FAA.
Conduct geometric design for airside and landside areas utilities and obstacle limitation surface (OLS) studies.
Provide technical guidance and support to multidisciplinary project teams.
Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to deliver highquality solutions.
Drive innovation and sustainability within airport engineering projects.
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in airport engineering with expertise in design and technical project management.
Proven experience in managing complex multidisciplinary airport infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of airport planning design and construction including airfield pavements drainage utilities and terminal infrastructure.
Familiarity with ICAO and FAA regulations; knowledge of GACAR is an advantage.
Skills/Knowledge:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills under pressure.
Effective stakeholder and client management skills with the ability to build longterm relationships.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in AviPlan AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering.
A Masters degree in Airport Planning Engineering or a related discipline is highly desirable.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) status is required.
Membership in relevant professional bodies is an advantage.
