Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Factory incharge
| Engage in shop floor panel integration facility with electrical background and ensure cleanliness and also should be knowledgeable in Safety regulations.

| 2. Tracking
| Coordinates daily activities to track location and movement of inventory finished goods and raw materials via all transport modes and reroutes freight as needed to meet demands and minimize cost. Communicates fulfilment status to Logistics and Sales organizations as appropriate
| 3. Transportation arrangements and followup
| Works closely with transport service providers and brokers to assure efficient and effective of processes assists in obtaining necessary transport permits and codes and prepares proper transportation paperwork and import and export documentation. Liaises with transportation/logistics group for freight quotes documentation and delivery
| 4. Data Management
| Supports the development and implementation of improved processes and systems and maintains master data.

| 5. Supplier performance
| Oversee supplier performance (Ontime delivery qualifity) and resolves performance issues
|
|
|
| 6. Goods received
7. Stores/inventory Operations
| Once Goods received GRN Activities Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing
Ensures various warehousing operations including packing and storage replenishment picking loading and dispatching are executed in a safe timely and efficient manner.
Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP system
Checks quality of incoming goods for storage.
Participates in regular inventory control processes
| 8. Documentation archieving
| Archieving all documents w.r.t import and export shipping documents delivery note signed copy of documentation and monitors as per statutory requirement and also should be scanned in server for easy retrieval.
| 9. Reporting & Training
| Creates updates reports on monthly basis and participates in training programs as required for compliance and professional development
| 10. Compliance
| Applies standards on Health safety and environment integrity and business ethics within operational work contract management and Negotiations
| 11. Others
| Time to time basis if any additional or adhoc requirement shall be adhered to.

Requirements
Knowledge Skill and Experience
Minimum 7 to 8 years experience Factory incharge and inventory management
Diploma with Electrical or Equivalent electrical competency required
Good communication skills Well versed in Arabic and English language
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office especially word and Excel for Documentation and archiving
skills SAP knowledge will be added advantage
