Job Summary
Speciality Waiter / Waitress
- Welcome smile and greet our guests.
- Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products.
- To serve all our guests & colleagues with fast efficient and accurate service.
- Attend and accommodate guests reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded promptly and on time.
- To be knowledgeable about the menu and information about the food and beverage offering available to answer guests questions.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
- Ensure efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained.
- Set up clear and promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated promptly.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in hotel or similar
- Knowledge about the PointofSale System is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
- Basic Food Safety Certificate
- Arabic Speaking is an advantage
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
