Job Summary
IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Technician

Location: Doha Qatar
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role (midlevel experience acceptable).
- Expertise in Windows 11 and data backup tools.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or ITIL Foundation (flexible for candidates with handson experience).
- Ability to configure and deploy new laptops with the image and support OS upgrades at remote sites (SSOC: AlSadd Doha Port).
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure software and application compatibility.
- Backup and restore user data for seamless transitions.
- Provide enduser support during migration processes.
- Maintain business continuity while managing ongoing IT operations.
Contract Duration: Temporary – 6 months (Extensions subject to discussion).
