IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Technician

Industry: IT & Technical Support
Location: Doha Qatar

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role (midlevel experience acceptable).
Expertise in Windows 11 and data backup tools.
Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or ITIL Foundation (flexible for candidates with handson experience).
Ability to configure and deploy new laptops with the image and support OS upgrades at remote sites (SSOC: AlSadd Doha Port).

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure software and application compatibility.
Backup and restore user data for seamless transitions.
Provide enduser support during migration processes.
Maintain business continuity while managing ongoing IT operations.

Contract Duration: Temporary – 6 months (Extensions subject to discussion).
