Filipino female
working experience in any property management facility management company.
Work collaboratively with Business Development and Marketing Department in marketing the properties to ensure lease of retail/office space transactions
Generate leads through networks and cold calls and assist with referrals and inquiries
Set daily appointments to find quality leads
Provide intelligent real estate solutions to clients
Assist client meetings and conduct presentations to clients
Facilitate commercial viewing
Collaborate with the research team for good listing opportunities available in the market by categories area and property type that the company seeks to acquire
