Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated andexperienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Officer. Thesuccessful candidate will play a crucial role in following up with team siteacceptance making timely invoicing to customers and ensuring prompt paymentsby building relationships with customers and maintaining strong followup toensure a healthy cash inflow monthly.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit quotations to all customers based onagreed price lists and follow up for purchase orders.
- Generate material invoices upon delivery.
- Issue service sector invoices to customers upon siteacceptance.
- Prepare work orders based on agreed terms with the customer.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely site acceptance forinvoicing purposes.
- Use the STC customer portal to generate invoices inaccordance with the site completion checklist.
- Utilize the Huawei customer portal to generate invoices followingthe site completion checklist.
- Employ the I.H.S customer portal to create invoices based onthe site completion checklist.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure timely payments as peragreed payment terms.
- Conduct visits and meetings to anticipate any delays and resolve paymentissues proactively.
- Participate inweekly internal meetings with department heads and management to provideupdates on invoicing receivables work orders and recovery plans.
- Maintain records and track work completed for all clients
- Follow up onreceiving additional documents required for completed work as per contractterms for all clients.
- Invoice workorders or quotations promptly to for timely recovery of funds.
- DatabaseManagement:
- Maintainand update databases including:
- QuotationMaster Details for current and past years.
- Work OrderMaster Details for current and past years.
- InvoiceMaster Details including receivables aging and payment status for eachcustomer as well as a summary of companywide invoicing receipts andreceivables.
- Ensurecrossreferencing of databases to facilitate easy tracking and managementinformation retrieval.

Must Have
- To work Odoo ERP Sales module to for commercial processes as per theprocedure.
- Proven experience in a similar commercial rolepreferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Finance or related field.
- Provenexperience in a similar commercial role preferably in the telecommunicationsindustry.
- Strong organizationalskills with attention to detail.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability towork independently and as part of a team.
- Localcandidates based in the Kuwait are preferred.
