Qualification:

University degree in Information System Computer ScienceComputer

Engineering or equivalent degree is required.

Must becertified in VMware (DCV).

Must becertified in ITIL foundation.

Preferableto be certified Microsoft AzureSolutions Architect Expert.

Preferableto be certified MCSE

Required Experience:

A minimum of 15 years overall experience in the field of IT.

Experienced in installing managing & Troubleshooting MSExchange Server MS Active Directory & GPO DNS server DHCP server and SQLServer.

2008/2003/7 /XP and windows 8.

Solidknowledge of applying OS patches andupgrades

Solidknowledge of windows server clustering andapplication clustering.

Experienced in installing configuration and management and VMware ESXi in cluster environment.

Solidknowledge of VCenter server withmultiple datastore HA DRS VMotion and VMwarwe SRM.

Solid Knowledge in monitoring and managing the productionusing monitoring applications such as HP IMC Or Solarwinds and familiar withmanaging the datacenter

including LAN AND WAN.

Solidfamiliar with knowledge of managing NAS the and SAN datacenter storageincluding managing LAN the and DELL WAN. EMC clarion and VMAX storage and DellEMC

Centera.

Solidknowledge and experience using OpenTextEMC Vi PR and Vi PR SRM and backup using DELL EMC Networker.

Experiencedin VDI desktop support.

Solidknowledge to perform ongoing performance tuning hardware upgrades and resource optimization as required. ConfigureCPU memory and disk partitions

as required in virtualization and physicalenvironment.

Technical Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform daily system monitoring verifying the integrity andavailability of all hardware server resources systems and key processesreviewing system and application logs

andverifying completion of scheduledjobs such as backups.

Performtasks related to MS Exchange emails Active Directory Creating changing anddeleting user accounts as per request.

Repairingand recovering from hardware or software failures. Coordinating andcommunication with third party support or vendor to resolve the issue.

Followupnew hardware requirements if any required.

Act ateam player to resolve the Systems/Storage/VMware issues.

Meetingwith clients and vendors to determine any technical issue. Working with clientsand vendor for smooth project implementation.

Followupwith vendor for any critical issue related to new systems installation andupgrade as well.

Updatesdaily routine work or any critical issue to management.

PerformLUN Creation assigning and connecting with physical servers and VMware usingEMC Clarion and EMC VMAX.

Performbackup/restore jobs on daily weekly and monthly bases as per requirements.

Responsiblefor monitoring and configuration tasks of EMC Centera for virtual pools andprofile.

Responsiblefor monitoring and reporting issues using the EMC Vi PR and ViPR SRM tools.

Preparingand conducting Technical Presentations.

Supportlocal staff in improving their skills and expertise.

Do other assignments related to system administration.
