Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Control professional to join our team for a major port project in Kuwait.
- Develop implement and maintain project control systems and procedures
- Monitor project progress costs and schedules using advanced project management software
- Conduct regular project performance analyses and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers contractors and government officials
- Lead and mentor junior project control team members
- Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders
Qualifications :
- University Degree
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project control preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in using project management software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skill
- Experience in port construction projects is an advantage
- Proficiency in project control methodologies and construction management best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait for the duration of the project
