Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a prestigious port project in Kuwait. As a key member of our project management team you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying cost control and contract administration for this large-scale infrastructure development.
- Lead the quantity surveying function for the port project ensuring accurate measurement and valuation of works
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Supervise and mentor junior quantity surveyors and team members
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or port projects
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software
- Knowledge of marine and port construction techniques
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to work in Kuwait for the duration of the project
