Job Summary

Job Summary
Leading classifieds marketplaceis seeking their nextFinance Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor collaborating with department heads and key stakeholders to provide financial insights improve decisionmaking and drive business performance. They will act as a bridge between finance and operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals through financial planning analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
Develop maintain and present regular financial reports including variance analysis and forecasts.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting.
Build strong relationships with department leaders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor providing financial expertise to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Translate financial data into actionable recommendations to support strategic goals.
Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Monitor and track actual performance against budgets identifying risks and opportunities.
Provide financial modeling and scenario planning to support business decisions.
Identify costsaving opportunities and process improvements.
Partner with operational teams to drive efficiency and control expenses.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (Masters degree or CPA/CMA is a plus).
48 years of experience in finance accounting or business partnering roles.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and tools like Excel Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence nonfinance stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with crossfunctional teams.
