About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Billing & Administrative Coordinator to support our finance operations and local office activities in this role youll play a key part in customer invoicing accounts receivable follow-ups and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate billing processes.

What you will do:

  • Prepare & Issue Invoices: Prepare issue and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with Sales: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure accurate billing information and a smooth invoicing process.
  • Support Customers: Respond to customer inquiries related to billing discrepancies and invoice details with a customer-service mindset.
  • Follow Up on Receivables: Follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts receivable and support collection efforts.
  • Process Vendor Invoices: Record vendor invoices in the accounting system and obtain appropriate approvals.
  • Provide Administrative Support: As part of the local team in Amman support administrative functions for the office as directed by the General Manager of the Jordan office.


What you need to succeed in that role:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and ability to follow established accounting processes.
  • Organization & Time Management: Capacity to organize plan and participate in various projects manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Professional and responsive approach to customer communication.
  • Personal Attributes: Creativity self-motivation curiosity to learn and good interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable using and learning computer software applications.
  • Tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Team Player: Responsible collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Growth Mindset: Constantly strives for improvement.
