Job Summary

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Project Coordinator for an EdTech (Education & Technology) Company in Amman Jordan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage project activities resources and timelines.

  2. Develop project plans with welldefined tasks and clear timeframes to achieve project objectives.

  3. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs define project scope and set expectations.

  4. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to allocate resources and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  5. Oversee the development and maintenance of the program platform.

  6. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients through phone email or inperson meetings to provide updates and progress reports.

  7. Organize and coordinate training sessions orientations and projectrelated events.

  8. Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

  9. Prepare comprehensive project documentation including reports presentations and budgets.

  10. Track project progress resolve challenges and ensure quality standards are met.

  11. Implement quality assurance tests to maintain high standards of delivery.



Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.

  2. Skilled in coordinating projects across their entire lifecycle.

  3. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

  4. Strong multitasking abilities.

  5. Passionate about education and innovation.

  6. Highly motivated and proactive personality.

  7. Excellent presentation and business writing skills.

  8. Exceptional communication and clientfacing abilities.

  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

  10. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

  11. Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).

  12. Working experience in the educational field is a plus.


Years of experience:

Minimum 24 years of experience in Project Coordination.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Location:

Amman Jordan.

Languages Required:

Fluent in Arabic and English.
