Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and manage endtoend delivery of medical projects including clinical initiatives infrastructure upgrades IT systems implementation and medical equipment rollouts.
- Develop project scopes objectives timelines budgets and resource plans in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Monitor and track project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
- Monitor and control project cost.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations including local laws data privacy and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regularly updating progress challenges and changes.
- Coordinate with clinical staff administration vendors and external partners.
- Prepare reports documentation and presentations for executive leadership.
- Conduct postproject reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future projects.
Requirements
One of the Leading Healthcare Solutions providers in Jordan looking to hire the Position :
Project Manager
with the following qualification :
- Bachelor s degree in Biomedical Engineering
- Project Management Professional (PMP or similar certification is preferable.
- Minimum 3 5 years of project management experience in a medical or healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of Clinical workflows medical technology or healthcare regulations.
- Excellent organizational leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
