Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and organized Android Technical Project Lead who excels in prioritizing project delivery while balancing the expectations of stakeholders users and team members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time fostering collaboration to overcome challenges and achieve objectives and leveraging strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and inspire their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the initiation and successful delivery of projects ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document requirements translating them into clear and actionable user stories for the team.
- Provide regular updates on project progress challenges and risks to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Advocate and enforce development best practices across the team including coding standards testing release processes and support workflows.
- Oversee and facilitate the Scrum process to ensure efficient team collaboration and project momentum.
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering their technical growth and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in Android development with a proven track record of delivering and managing Android projects successfully.
- Expertise in both Android and Kotlin development.
- Exceptional communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
Note: Role is not restricted to immediate hiring but future talent pipeline for the organization.
