Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment & Growth
Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment across all school divisions.
Identify new markets partnerships and opportunities to attract prospective families.
Work closely with the admissions team to enhance lead generation and conversion. Market & Competitive Analysis
Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors including tuition fees offerings and market trends.
Provide recommendations on school fee structures based on market pricing and demand.
Forecast school fees in alignment with market positioning and financial planning.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or marketing.
bachelor degree.
Strong background in market research strategic planning and financial forecasting.
Proven track record in increasing student enrollment and achieving recruitment targets.
Expertise in digital marketing branding and social media management.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
