Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Spanish Bilingual Call Center Agents to join a leading company in Maadi Cairo. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in customer service or sales excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers resolving inquiries and promoting services effectively. The position requires fluency in Spanish (C1 and English (B1 to provide seamless support to a diverse customer base.
Location: Maadi Cairo Egypt
Salary: 22000 EGP 25000 EGP (Depending on experience)
Job Type: Fulltime
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or sales
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Fluent in Spanish (C1 & English (B1
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Graduates only
Egyptian nationality
