Job Summary
About the Role:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Export Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in logistics supply chain freight forwarding and customs clearance and will play a key role in managing and coordinating export shipments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the endtoend export process including documentation customs clearance and shipment coordination.
- Work closely with shipping lines freight forwarders carriers and customs authorities to ensure smooth export operations.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely departure and delivery resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain and organize accurate records of all export transactions and related documentation.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates and address any inquiries.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations freight forwarding logistics or customs clearance.
- Strong understanding of export documentation shipping procedures and customs regulations.
- Excellent problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management systems and MS Office.
