About the Role
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to manage endtoend recruitment sourcing top talent and supporting BPO operations. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to fill key positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Manage job postings resume screening and interview coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
Requirements
- 24 years of recruitment experience in a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools.
