About the Role

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to manage endtoend recruitment sourcing top talent and supporting BPO operations. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to fill key positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels.

Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Requirements

24 years of recruitment experience in a BPO environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools.
