About the Assignment

An industrial technology company is seeking a Senior Electronics Consultant to strengthen the technical quality of advanced electronic control and communication solutions. The consultant will contribute to the final stages of product maturation prior to series production and collaborate closely with an established development team.

Work Responsibilities

Technical review and quality assurance of existing electronic designs (PCBs)
Hardware troubleshooting and support during verification and testing
Design optimization with a focus on performance robustness EMC and manufacturability
Support for production readiness activities including DFM/DFA
Development of Production Test Requirements (PTR) for EMS partners
Close collaboration with internal engineering and project management teams
Documentation of findings recommendations and implemented improvements

Required Expertise

Experience with BLDC motor driver design
Experience integrating Ethernet PHY especially Single Pair Ethernet (IEEE 802.3cg)
Knowledge of PoDL (Power over Data Line) and associated safety/protection circuits
Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g. Altium) and simulation tools such as SPICE and thermal analysis
Strong understanding of EMC compliance signal integrity and power integrity best practices
