A growing secondary school in Stafford is looking to appoint a professional HR & Recruitment Officer to support staffing and compliance from January 2026.
The Role
You will manage day-to-day HR administration ensuring smooth recruitment and compliance processes across teaching and support staff. Duties include:
Coordinating recruitment campaigns and interview processes
Managing DBS checks references and safeguarding compliance
Maintaining personnel records and HR systems
Supporting induction and probation processes
Acting as a point of contact for staff HR queries
